Four forces.
One continuous roast.

Convection, radiation, reflection, and direct conduction work along the conveyor path to build each roast from the surface to the core.

Convection circulates heat throughout the chamber for consistency across the roast
Radiation from the lamp carries heat deep into the core of each coffee bean
Heat reflects from the metal interior to provide 360-degree roasting coverage
Direct contact with the conveyor belt transfers heat and develops caramelization
